1. Services
Wabash Detail Company provides mobile car detailing services, including interior detailing, exterior detailing, full detail packages, ceramic coating, paint correction, and related services, at locations within our service area in West Lafayette, Lafayette, and Tippecanoe County, Indiana.
Service availability is subject to scheduling, weather conditions, and geographic location. We reserve the right to decline service requests at our sole discretion.
2. Booking and Appointments
Booking requests submitted through our website are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us via phone, text, or email. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time, but appointment availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
We ask that you provide accurate vehicle information and ensure the vehicle is accessible at the agreed location at the scheduled time. If a vehicle is not accessible or the location is unsuitable for service, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the appointment.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings at our discretion.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Venmo, and Zelle. Prices are quoted in advance and based on the vehicle type and service selected. Additional charges may apply for vehicles in exceptionally poor condition (e.g., heavy pet hair, biohazard material, or extreme soiling), and we will communicate any such adjustments before proceeding.
5. Vehicle Condition and Liability
By booking our services, you confirm that you are the vehicle owner or have the owner’s authorization to have the vehicle serviced.
Wabash Detail Company is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, or defects present before service begins
- Damage to items left inside the vehicle
- Damage resulting from aftermarket or non-factory parts, accessories, or modifications
- Swirl marks or paint imperfections arising from paint in poor condition prior to service
We conduct a brief vehicle inspection before beginning service. You are encouraged to point out any pre-existing damage so it can be noted.
6. Ceramic Coating and Paint Correction
Results from ceramic coating and paint correction services vary depending on the current condition of the vehicle’s paint, age, and maintenance history. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for paint correction results. Ceramic coating warranties, if offered, are subject to separate written documentation provided at the time of service.
7. Weather and Conditions
Some services require appropriate weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to rain, extreme cold, or other conditions that would prevent us from performing quality work. We will notify you as promptly as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
8. Website Use
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content from this website without our written permission, or use this website in any way that could damage or impair its functionality.
9. Intellectual Property
